Every week, the SpinWeb team gathers for Free Lunch Friday. After lunch, we have our weekly team huddle. 


Recently, we were enjoying our free lunch at Drake's, down the road from the SpinWeb office. We like this place because they have a little something for everyone: burgers, salads, and sushi. Weird, but it works.

Michael and I happened to be the only ones who ordered salad. Now, I have never had Drake's salads before, so it was new to me. Same for Michael.

When our salads came out, we noted the pleasing presentation and dove right in. We were hungry.

Quickly, we both realized that this was not going to be your average, ho-hum salad.
